The mastermind behind this foundation is Eiler Rubio.  Eiler has vast experience in owning and running home healthcare agencies.  He has seen the ramifications of indigent patients being discharged from hospitals with orders for home health, but with no place to go, and not enough time to heal.  He is passionate about helping the community and reducing hospital readmission rates, and helping people get back on their feet.  He is excited to have a direct impact on his community. 

Lizbet Rubio, MSN, ANP, NP-C has worked as a registered nurse in home health care setting treating pediatric and adult population for over 10 years. She obtained her Master degree in Nursing with Chamberlain University. In 2020 she became Nurse Practitioner. She has been the Director of Nursing/ Administrator for Premier Home Health Care since 2016, one of the most prominent home healthcare services in the Denver area. She has extensive background in cardiovascular, pulmonary, gastrointestinal, endocrine, and infectious diseases. Her experience as a home health nurse,  have  shaped her to work with families and teach them about maximizing their health. Lizbet, in her role of home health administrator, has worked on many initiatives focused on improving clinical outcomes and improving patient and staff satisfaction. 

Lizbet has been married for over 20 years,  has two young children; 7 year old daughter and 15 year old boy  Her passion is working with the elderly to ensure they receive the care needed for a better quality of life. With her combination of clinical expertise, motivation, passion, and learning; Lizbet will add value to Residential Assisted Living  and Medical Respite model from day 1. Her background as a home health RN Administrator and wound care Practitioner provide a huge benefit for this program.

Alain Diego Marrero has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with concentration in Finance and a Master's Degree in Business Administration with concentration in International Business, both from Keiser University. Because of his high academic performance, he was selected as a member of The International Honor Society for Business, Management and Administration (SIGMA, BETA, DELTA).  Alain has an extensive knowledge of the Hospitality Business with over 15 years of experience in Hospitality Management and Travel Industry. His extensive years of experience in the industry led him to develop a great compassion for others. He is the founder of Summitour Travel Agency Inc and Your Transfers LLC (Your Transfer 24). Alain is passionate about traveling and spending quality time with his family.

Yamilka Alvarez (Yami) obtained her Bachelor's of Science with a major in Professional Administration and Human Resources Degree in 2005 from Barry University. Yami then received her Master's Degree later on in 2014 from Keiser University in Business Administration with concentration in International Business. Yami developed a passion for helping others during her extensive Retail Career in Banking. She always had a passion to educate and guide her customers to select the best product to fit their needs and be their trusted advisor. She is the co-founder of Summitour Travel Agency Inc and Your Transfer LLC with an extensive knowledge of the Travel Industry. Her main hobby is to travel the world with her family. Showing the world to her 7 years old and learning together about other cultures and people is what motivates her every day.
